Bicep flex exposes hose like veins!
He is looking at his arm like "Damn, I am a beast!"
Look at how thick the vein is in his forearm!
His arms are covered with veins and ripped muscle!
Come on, guys, it's time to learn the names of the veins we so admire. There simply aren't that many NAMED superficial extremity veins (FOUR!); it's not difficult.
From head to toes: external jugular v., cephalic v., basilic vein, saphenous v.
So the visually dominant, aesthetically stupendous forearm vein you see here — an anatomically perfect specimen — is called the BASILIC VEIN (L. Vena basilica). Look it up in Gray's Anatomy, Google images, etc.
Veins then carry blood from the body to the heart. As your leg muscles squeeze, they push blood to the heart of your lower body against gravity flow.
